  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges if you would like to swap your item for a different piece.
  • The new item will be shipped once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
